About the Role
The Digital Communication and Online Community Coordinator will be responsible for the growth, health and vitality of the Rural Health Pro online community. Responsibilities include:
- Lead the development and implementation of digital communication, including EDMs and social media
- Monitor and moderate discussions for risk
- Create engagement opportunities in the online platform and track the effectiveness of engagements
- Identify and implement cross promotional opportunities with content partners
- Monitor and report on achievement against goals.
Skills & Experience
- Create, implement, and review EDM Campaigns
- Devise and implement digital strategies to drive traffic to the Rural Health Pro digital platform
- Contribute to RDN’s social media channels
- Create engagement opportunities in the online platform and track the effectiveness of engagement and retention
- Create and publish engaging, relevant digital content
