About the Role
The Digital Communication and Online Community Coordinator will be responsible for the growth, health and vitality of the Rural Health Pro online community. Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the development and implementation of digital communication, including EDMs and social media
  • Monitor and moderate discussions for risk
  • Create engagement opportunities in the online platform and track the effectiveness of engagements
  • Identify and implement cross promotional opportunities with content partners
  • Monitor and report on achievement against goals.

Skills & Experience

  • Create, implement, and review EDM Campaigns
  • Devise and implement digital strategies to drive traffic to the Rural Health Pro digital platform
  • Contribute to RDN’s social media channels
  • Create engagement opportunities in the online platform and track the effectiveness of engagement and retention
  • Create and publish engaging, relevant digital content
