About the Role
Reporting to one of three Regional Managers, this role will support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with key rural stakeholders, influencers, and decision makers at all levels within NSW; and the broader sector where required, lead initiatives within the region on behalf of RDN and ensure well planned and collegial approaches to service delivery.
You will:

  • Support the Regional Manager/s regional and community engagement activities, to support the delivery of RDN programs and projects.
  • Organising and providing support to Regional Manager meetings with regional stakeholders
  • Conduct research into current regional issues, trends, community views and commentary to understand community perspective and to ensure responsiveness to needs.
  • Draft reports, proposals, briefing documents and presentations as required by Regional Manager/s
  • Liaise with internal and external RDN stakeholders, including with other Engagement team members, to share information and ensure coordination of engagement activities.
  • Input activities into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system as required

Skills & Experience

  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and/or relationship management
  • Working experience within the primary healthcare sector, particularly rural healthcare sector
  • Analytical skills and experience in working complex stakeholder environments
